TAKE #1: Celebrations of the 250th Anniversary of the United States
President-Elect Trump (pardon me, but I like typing that so much, I’m going to do it again) President-Elect Trump announced his first big post-election idea, and surprise! It’s not building concentration camps.
In an echo of the 1976 Bicentennial celebrations, Trump wants to appoint a task force to work with all 50 Governors to plan celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026.
He wants to promote America’s history by creating a garden of statues of American heroes (which will not be pulled down and destroyed), and hold “Patriot Games” where high school athletes can show off their skills (and I assume, girls will compete with other girls again.)
He also wants to hold a World’s Fair-style celebration at Iowa’s State Fairgrounds, where tourists from around the world can visit pavilions showcasing the great things about all 50 states.
TAKE #2: Jobs Report
We already reported that economists were expecting 110,000 jobs to be created in October, but the number was a shocking 12,000.
But believe it or not, the news gets even worse. Also during October, the Biden-Harris Administration allowed about 21 times more immigrants (both legal and illegal) to enter the U.S. than the 12,000 jobs created, thus giving the U.S. more “migrants” than jobs by a longshot.
TAKE #3: “The Man You Didn’t Know”
There’s a new documentary about Donald Trump called “The Man You Didn’t Know” that seeks to show some positive things about Trump that are hidden or ignored by the media in their relentlessly negative coverage of him.
That includes some of the many charitable things he’s done anonymously because he didn’t help people for the publicity. It gives the audience a look at the real man behind the scary straw man created by his political opponents.
And apparently, they can’t stand the idea of anyone hearing the full truth. So there have been reports of attempts by unknown leftist activists to interfere with showings of the film, such as fake buyouts of tickets and heckling and harassing viewers during the film. The Blaze talked to someone who experienced a weird showing of the movie.
But thanks to Elon Musk, you don’t have to worry about leftists who hate free speech. The entire documentary is now available to view for free on Twitter/X. If any leftist jerks try to interfere with you watching it there, just throw them out of your house.
