Federal judge issues temporary block of Biden’s “Parole in Place” plan
A federal judge has placed a temporary block on President Biden’s “parole in place” plan, his latest attempt to grant amnesty to up to a million illegal aliens. Sixteen Republican states filed a lawsuit to stop the program, led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and America First Legal. The judge ruled that the plaintiffs’ arguments were “substantial and warrant closer consideration than the court has been able to afford to date.”
Paxton calls Biden’s plan an unconstitutional scheme “that would have rewarded over 1 million illegal aliens with the opportunity for citizenship after breaking our country’s laws — and incentivized countless more.” More details at the link:

IDF rescue hostage in Southern Gaza operation
Congratulations to the IDF, who announced Tuesday morning that they had rescued alive one of the hostages taken by Hamas 326 days ago on October 7, 2023. He’s 52-year-old Qaid Farhan Alkadi from Rahat, and he’s reportedly in stable medical condition.
The IDF said, “Israeli security forces will continue to operate with all means to bring home the hostages.” This came shortly after Hamas rejected another ceasefire deal. They continue to hold hostages, including eight Americans.

That link has some heartwarming photos you really need to see, along with some narrative-shattering facts that the pro-Hamas, anti-Israel protesters will find hard to explain. Like the fact that the hostage rescued from Hamas and cared for by the Israelis is a Muslim. Also, here’s one for the Democrats to explain: the IDF rescued him from southern Gaza, which the Biden White House has repeatedly told Israel to stay away from.

Election monitoring in Detroit
Remember when the Washington Post adopted the pretentious motto, “Democracy dies in darkness”? Apparently, Democrats disagree and think that ballots should be counted in darkness.
How else to account for the Democrats who run Detroit’s Election Commission hiring over seven times more Democrat poll watchers than Republican poll watchers (2300 Democrats, 300 Republicans), in blatant defiance of state law requiring roughly equal numbers?
Fortunately, the RNC has learned its lesson from 2020 and already slapped them with a lawsuit. A spokesman called this “the kind of bad-faith Democrat interference that drives down faith in elections.”
I would also urge all Republican poll watchers to be on the lookout for phony excuses to make them leave the polling places (whether it’s a “flood” caused by a dripping faucet or just ordering everyone out for no reason), and that they be prepared to stand their ground, refuse to leave and pull out their cell phones to get it all on video as evidence for future lawsuits. Chicanery like this is how democracy really dies.

Even the Media can’t swallow her lies
Kamala Harris’ wholesale lies and evasions are becoming so obvious that even some liberal reporters are getting fed up with them.
Like Nancy Rommelmann in the Atlantic magazine, who could no longer stomach the Dems’ “COVID amnesia,” with their outrageous claims that Harris helped reopen the nation after the pandemic. It was actually blue states keeping businesses and schools closed indefinitely while Trump and GOP Governors were attacked for wanting the lockdowns to end. Rommelman writes, “Democrats might count on Americans to be forgiving, but they are not stupid, and they would do well to not let the pageantry of televised politics obfuscate the fact that they are being lied to.”
ABC reporter Jonathan Karl’s jaw also hit the floor when he saw a Kamala Harris ad on what a great job she’s done on the border (even though she was NOT the border czar!) The ad showed Trump’s border wall at least three times. Karl asked incredulously, “Is it now the position of the Democrats that they favored the border wall?”
