These are the most common issues you’ll encounter, if you cannot find emails in your inbox:

  • Some emails are missing.
  • Emails have not arrived in your inbox since signing up.
  • Emails seemed to suddenly stop arriving.

If you are having any trouble finding Prosperity Research emails in your inbox, follow the instructions below. Find the email service that you use for the most accurate instructions.

All Prosperity Research emails, newsletters, trade alerts and stock advisories are sent from this email: info@mb.prosperityresearch.com. 

Gmail

First, let’s determine if your Prosperity Research emails have been archived, deleted, marked as spam or filtered somehow.

Emails are archived, deleted of marked as spam.

Emails might skip your inbox if they were accidentally archived, deleted or marked as spam.

Follow these steps to search all your emails, including those that aren’t in your inbox:

  1. Log into your Gmail account.
  2. In the search box, click the down arrow.

  1. Click the All Mail drop down.

  1. Then select Mail & Spam & Trash.

  1. Enter some information that’s in the missing email. If you’re not sure about exact words or details, leave the fields blank.

  1. At the bottom of the box, click Search.
  2. Find the Prosperity Research email and click on it.
  3. At the top, click Not Spam.

Create a Whitelist Filter for info@mb.prosperityresearch.com.

  1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then Settings.

  1. Click on Filters and then Create a new filter.

  1. Enter the domain (BanyanHill.com) of the email you want to whitelist in the from field OR enter info@mb.prosperityresearch.com.


  1. Click Create filter with this search.
  2. In the box headed “When a message arrives that matches this search,” select Never send it to spam.
  3. Click the Create filter button.

Recover Deleted Prosperity Research Emails

  1. On the left side of the page, scroll down, then click More and then Trash.


  1. Check the box next to any messages you want to move.
  2. Click Move to Move to Inbox.
  3. Choose where you want to move the message to.

Yahoo!

To ensure that you continue to get your emails from Prosperity Research, please add our email address to your Yahoo address book. Yahoo has made it easier than ever to do this. Sign in to your account and do the following:

Add the address to your contacts.

Add info@mb.prosperityresearch.com to your Yahoo Mail Contacts. Yahoo will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your contacts.

Create a filter for the address.

  1. Click settings on the top right and select More Settings.

  1. Click Filters and then Add.
  2. Enter a Filter Name.
  3. Be sure to select “from” when setting the rule.
  4. Enter the info@mb.prosperityresearch.com in the of the email you want to whitelist in the Sender field.
  5. Click Save.

Tips:

  • Do not enter email addresses in both the Sender and Recipient fields, as Yahoo Mail will only filter in emails that meet both criteria.
  • In both the Sender and Recipient fields, you can enter either a specific email address or an entire domain.
  • Create a new filter for each domain or email address you want to whitelist.

Hotmail

To ensure that you continue to get your emails from Prosperity Research, please add our email address to your Hotmail address book. Hotmail has made it easier than ever to do this. Sign in to your account and do the following:

Add the address to your contacts.

Add info@mb.prosperityresearch.com to your Hotmail Contacts. Hotmail will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

Create a filter for the address.

  1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then View all Outlook Settings.

  1. Under Junk, click Safe Senders.
  2. Enter info@mb.prosperityresearch.com.
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Click Save.

AOL

To ensure that you continue to get your emails from Prosperity Research, please add our email address to your AOL Address Book. AOL has made it easier than ever to do this. Sign in to your account and do the following:

Add the address to your contacts.

Add info@mb.prosperityresearch.com to your AOL Contacts. AOL will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

Create a filter for the address.

  1. Click on the Options on the top right of your screen.

  1. Click Mail Settings from the drop down menu.

  1. Click Filter Settings and then click on Create Filter.

  1. Create a name for the filter (ex: Prosperity Research) and add info@mb.prosperityresearch.com to filter contains section.

  1. Click Save.
